Group Studio Yoga Experiences Include:

  • 50 minute yoga experiences in a group setting (similar to your traditional yoga class) with a combination of asana (postures/movements), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation)

  • Gentle music, essential oils and a relaxing judgment free environment

  • A limited number of yoga mats, blocks and other props are available to borrow during the yoga experience

  • No previous yoga experience is necessary!

Group studio yoga experiences are frequently offered in partnership with local organizations and studios. Please contact me to learn about current class times and registration if none are listed here or on the main home page.

Individual Customized Yoga Experiences Include:

  • 50 minute yoga experiences in a private session with a combination of asana (postures/movements), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation)

  • Tailored sequences that support your personal goals

  • Individual instruction to ensure physical safety and alignment

  • Gentle music, essential oils and a relaxing judgment free environment

  • Location of your choice, including your home or an outdoor community space, such as a park.

  • Optional Christian faith integration

  • No previous yoga experience is necessary!

    Individual yoga experiences are currently only available within Susquehanna County, PA.

Yoga in the Wild Experiences Include:

  • Experience mindfulness while we walk and the power of yoga poses and breath work when we find a beautiful spot to pause

  • Length and strenuousness of the nature walk/hike will be based on your capacity and location.

  • Longer sessions include increased mileage and yoga practice, and add the opportunity for intentional conversation or mindfulness experiences.

  • Use of a yoga mat can be provided without additional fee for the duration of the adventure if requested in advance.

  • No previous yoga or hiking experience is necessary!

Yoga In The Wild is currently only available within Susquehanna County, PA. A mutual meet-up location will be determined as part of the planning process following purchase.

57-Minute Gentle Yoga Session (Great for Anxiety)

Enjoy about an hour of gentle movement, designed to stimulate our body's natural relaxation response, countering our fight or flight or stress response. This sequence is similar to the 53-minute Gentle Yoga Session video, however adds some extra insight into poses that help with anxiety or nervousness.

The poses are beginner friendly so this is a great class if you are new to yoga, or looking for a yoga experience that will not be taxing to your muscles. This yoga sequence includes a nature theme and guided meditation. It was recorded with live participants in November 2021 at Breath Wellness Company.
